CarpéDM's return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Apparel will only be applicable for a refund in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Accessories are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be successful in passing the return quality check and must include a receipt or proof of purchase. Once quality checks have been made, returns can be shipped out for return. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item and whether or not it has been approved or rejected for a refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a code will be given for credit to be used on the website.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your E-Gift Card code, please contact us at email@example.com.
Return Quality Checks
Prior to the delivery return, all items must be inspected to ensure that the items are unused and in the same condition received. It must also be in the original packaging when returned. If all pass the quality check, delivery for return can be made.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for CarpéDM to receive and process the returned item(s) will differ.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, if lost.
